I’ve lived at High Point East for almost 5 years and I’ve always had good experiences. Maintenance and staff are always quick to respond to any questions, comments, or concerns we may have. The amenities are always nice and the location is a big bonus! We are close to lots and being able to jump on the highway and be anywhere in Wichita in a few minutes is a big bonus!

Lived in a lot of apartments in this area, High Point East has had the most responsive and involved community staff of any apartment complex. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, management staff is courteous and understanding to any issues.

Over the years that I have lived here I haven't had any problems or concerns! The staff are very good at communicating with residents and keep us all well informed. Maintenance is friendly and always answers our maintenance requests promptly! The location is great and close to lots of things!
